Before you write
A few things we get asked often:
- Your files are never uploaded — see the privacy policy.
- Every tool is free with no account and no limits.
- Tool not working? Tell us your browser and version — that solves most reports.
What to send us
We read everything that comes through this page. Bug reports are the most useful thing you can send: if a tool behaves oddly, telling us which browser you are using, what you put in and what came out usually gives us enough to reproduce and fix it the same week.
Tool requests genuinely shape what gets built. Several tools on this site exist because somebody wrote in and described a job they kept doing by hand. If you have one, describe the task rather than the tool — knowing what you are trying to achieve often leads to a better answer than the feature you had in mind.
Reporting a problem
The most useful bug report names the tool, the browser and version, what you did, what you expected and what actually happened. If a specific file causes the problem, tell us its type and rough size — please do not attach it, since we would rather not receive your files at all.
Advertising and partnerships
We are open to direct advertising enquiries and to sensible partnerships. What we do not accept is anything that would compromise how the tools work: no data collection added to a tool, no bundled downloads, no pop-ups over a working tool and no sponsored content presented as editorial.
Copyright and privacy concerns
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write to us with the specific page URL and a description of the issue and we will respond promptly. Because the tools store nothing, we cannot delete content you processed with them — it was never on our servers to begin with.
